RETURN POLICY

Everglow Jewelry creates in-store or special orders every piece of jewelry and timepiece that we sell. Therefore, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. The purchaser acknowledges that digital images are not exact representations of physical products, and that colors of metal, stones, or other aspects of a product will vary from the actual item received. Additionally, all sizes and measurements listed are approximate due to the variability of natural and lab-created materials. Returns are not accepted related to these aspects. The purchaser acknowledges that due to the custom nature of Everglow Jewelry Products and use of alternatives to natural diamonds, shipping time may take up to three weeks, but typically will be one to two weeks from date of purchase. If an item is expected to take longer, we will contact you to discuss options.

Returns will be accepted if the product arrives damaged, only if you first call or email and request a Return Authorization. If the item is damaged upon receipt then a repair will be made. If an item is unable to be repaired, a replacement item or a merchandise credit will be offered. Any item which shows signs of wear and tear will not be considered damaged. Any item which is damaged upon receipt must be reported to us on the same or next business day after delivery.

Once an item is charged to your credit card, the sale is considered “complete” for the purposes of returns. If you cancel after this point, Everglow Jewelry reserves the right to charge any fees associated with the handling of this transaction, up to the retail price of the item. Please do not complete your order online if you have any remaining questions; call or email us and we will answer generally within one to two business days.

Everglow Jewelry reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for any product which is returned to us for any reason.

If you receive an item which needs an adjustment (ring sizing, chain shortening, watch band adjustments, etc.), please call or email us for a Return Authorization. You will be responsible for cost of shipping to get the item to us, but we will make most adjustments at no charge to you (if there is a cost, we will advise you at the time we are issuing the Return Authorization) and will ship the item back to you at no charge.

Any item being sent back without a Return Authorization will be subject to a handling charge of $30.
