In most cases, we can size rings, fix broken chains, repair or replace prongs, replace lost stones, and complete refurbishment and rhodium plating. For watches, we can remove links, replace crystals, crowns, movements, hands, and clasps, and have several options for watch batteries.

Like all services, our repairs are done in-house, which means costs are reasonable, turnaround times are efficient, and your pieces are secure.

We offer fully accredited appraisal for your precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones, as well as watches and pearls.

There is no regulation as to who may call themselves an appraiser. However, there are specific accreditation programs which qualify an individual to offer appraisals, particularly ones that insurance companies would not refute if a claim is filed. Our jeweler is accredited by the International School of Gemology as a Registered Gemologist Appraiser.

If you have existing materials that you would like to trade in toward a new design or simply receive a cash offer, we are happy to review options with you. Because we create our own inventory, we can offer competitively, as well as consider purchasing items such as gemstones, which other stores may not offer any value for.
